North Andover Voters To Get 6th District Debate Sept. 17

North Andover voters looking to size up candidates in the open 6th Congressional District race will get that chance next month, with a free public debate set for Sept. 17 at Endicott College in Beverly. The forum follows the Sept. 1 primary and is open to residents across the district.
